Авария произошла 15 декабря прошлого года в Судиславском районе.
ДТП случилось на трассе Р-243 «Кострома-Шарья-Киров-Пермь» возле населенного пункта Калинки. Столкнулись грейдер, груженый лесовоз и легковой автомобиль.
Обвинение предъявлено 41-летнему водителю лесовоза, который въехал в идущий впереди грейдер и спровоцировал кровавое столкновение.
Уголовное дело с утвержденным прокуратурой обвинением направлено в Островский районный суд для рассмотрения. За совершение преступления установлено максимальное наказание до 7 лет лишения свободы.
