Все думаю по прошествии года: так зачем же все-таки было так страшно уничтожать колоссальное количество сельхозживотных? в зиму, перед самыми отелами, оставляя без молочки и мяса целые регионы? Что мешало спокойно провести вакцинацию с объяснением регионам необходимости именно такого подхода?!
На мой взгляд, это страх и незнание, как справиться с эпизоотией - результат отсутствия ветеринарии в стране. Никакой надзор и информационные системы не заменят рутинную врачебную работу - и сегодня, читая воспоминания, я еще раз в этом убеждаюсь.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting.
