Да и сам врио губернатора ещё в мае заявлял, что Пивоваров должным образом выполняет свою работу. И несмотря на то, что была активная смена кадров, это никак не сказалось на общей оценке вице-губернатора.
Даже Володин ещё серьёзно не сокрушался на приближённых Бусаргина, шишки летят в основном в местных чиновников. То ли пока не было причин, то ли сейчас — затишье перед бурей.
