Неделя у мэра областной столицы выдалась явно не очень. Подарком на праздники для него стали два рейтинга, в каждом из которых он находится где-то в конце. Только 22 декабря сообщалось, что АПЭК не слишком высоко оценили эффективность работы саратовских властей.
Такие результаты в нескольких чартах сильно бьют по авторитету Исаева, от которого после повторного вступления в должность главы города, ожидали реальных действий. Но мы, похоже, так их и не дождёмся.
