Ночью и утром местами по республике, включая Казань, установится туман, который значительно снизит видимость. Во второй половине дня прогнозируются метели, способные уменьшить видимость до 1–2 километров.
Жителям региона советуют соблюдать осторожность при передвижении, особенно на дорогах, где видимость будет затруднена из-за погодных условий.
