Вчера начали, сегодня закончили судить Климовича Николая Степановича. Его обвиняли в том, что в соцсети разместил сатирическую картинку с А.Лукашенко. Это расценили как публичное оскорбление последнего по ч.1 ст.368 УК РБ.
Прокурор Илья Гузаревич запросил 1 год колонии — судья Андрей Бычилосогласился. И это несмотря на то, что у Климовича есть инвалидность 2 группы по сердцу.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
