Суд Маскоўскага раёна Брэста вынес прысуд ПаўлуКаралевічу, якога абвінавацілі ў абразе Лукашэнкі паводле ч.1 арт. 368 КК. Справу разглядаў суддзя ЯўгенБрэган.
Па матэрыялах абвінавачання, Павел 18 ліпеня 2021 года ў суполцы пад назвай «Анлайн Брэст» у сацыяльнай сетцы «Вконтакте», размясціў паведамленне, якое «прынізіла гонар і годнасць Аляксандра Лукашэнкі і з’яўляецца для яго абразлівым. Таксама 11 жніўня 2021 года ў той жа суполцы размясціў яшчэ адно паведамленне абразлівага зместу.
У судзе Каралевіч вінаватым сябе прызнаў часткова, бо каментары абразлівага зместу ім былі пакінутыя ў дачыненні да канкрэтна Лукашэнкі, а не ў дачыненні да прэзідэнта Рэспублікі Беларусь у сувязі з выкананнем ім сваіх службовых абавязкаў.

У судзе Каралевіч вінаватым сябе прызнаў часткова, бо каментары абразлівага зместу ім былі пакінутыя ў дачыненні да канкрэтна Лукашэнкі, а не ў дачыненні да прэзідэнта Рэспублікі Беларусь у сувязі з выкананнем ім сваіх службовых абавязкаў.
What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
