Тимур Ризапур был задержан 30 сентября 2020 года. Его обвинили в участии в акции протеста, которая проходила 10 августа 2020 в Бресте. В тот день таксист Тимур Ризапур возвращался с работы домой, но центр города оказался перекрыт. В итоге Тимура приговорили к 4 годам 6 месяцам колонии.
По информации брестской "Весны", 17 июля судья Наталья Понасенко (Ленинский суд Могилева) добавила Тимуру 1 год колонии по ч.2 ст.411 УК РБ (Злостное неповиновение администрации колонии).

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
