23 и 24 января в Москве днем ожидается от нуля до минус 2 градусов, в субботу — от нуля до 2 градусов, в воскресенье и понедельник — от 1 до 3 градусов тепла. Оставшиеся январские дни тоже ожидаются существенно теплее нормы.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
