Размер выплаты составляет 10 тысяч рублей. Получить помощь могут получить лица, эвакуированные с временно подконтрольных Украине территорий ДНР. Для этого нужно обратиться в УТСЗН по месту фактического проживания или пребывания независимо от места регистрации или ее отсутствия.
