Как отмечают журналисты, Буторин - это пятый руководитель этого учреждения за последние два года:
- 7 ноября 2022 года учреждение возглавил Дмитрий Охапкин, 7 февраля 2023 года – Денис Роздин, 23 мая 2023 года – Михаил Ставицкий, а 10 ноября 2023-го – Алексей Альчиков.

Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
