Типу "ідентифікуватись" для податкового кешу.

Але на ділі ці козли юзають твої дані, щоб:
Підв’язати твій акаунт до свого телефону.
Влізти в твій банк і зняти бабки.

Щоб не лохонуться:
Не клікай, куди не треба.
Перевіряй, хто реально шле ці листи.
Не відкривай вкладення на шару, навіть якщо "свої" кинули.
