В Якутиипрезентовали систему мониторинга лесных пожаров «Сильван». По заверениям властей республики, программа позволяет давать анализ по количеству возгораний и следить за ситуацией на территориях, которые находятся под контролем.
Программа учитывает данные картографии, направление ветра, расстановку сил и средств, в автоматическом режиме определяется площадь и кромка пожара и т.д.
«Сильван» начала свою работу 1 мая текущего года и уже используется в обнаружении и ликвидации возгораний.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
