❌Вчора Майк Тернер, голова Комітету з розвідки, залишив посаду. Правильно сказати - його змістили колеги. І пишуть, що причина – його “занадто активна” підтримка України 🇺🇦 й НАТО 🤔.
🇺🇸 Тернер – класичний республіканець, далекий від MAGA. У 2024 році він відкрито заявив, що деякі його колеги поширюють російські наративи. Він також був адвокатом військової допомоги Україні, двічі відвідав Київ та підтримував Зеленського. Виглядає це і стало причиною заміни.
🛑 Ще пишуть, що до звільнення міг прикласти руку сам Трамп. Але Джонсон говорить що це рішення республіканської партії в Палаті представників. І одразу ж додав про “новий старт”.
🧢 Демократи розцінили це як тривожний сигнал: мовляв, ігри з нацбезпекою на догоду політичним інтригам можуть дорого коштувати.
