12 апреля Совет Федерации одобрил закон, который закрепляет правовые основы для создания единого реестра воинского учета, вводит понятие момента, когда повестка считается врученной, с которого для призывников устанавливается запрет на выезд из Российской Федерации, а так же вводятся иные ограничения по истечении 20 дней.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
