However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram.
