Установили перечни иностранных товаров (работ, услуг), при приобретении которых с 1 января 2025 года действует запрет или ограничение закупок.
Так, в перечень N 1 (с запретом) включили:
● большинство продукции из списка импортных промтоваров с запретом на допуск, который сейчас действует по Закону N 44-ФЗ; ● программы для ЭВМ; ● базы данных; ● отдельные услуги, например аудиторские.
В перечень N 2 (с ограничением) вошла большая часть товаров из списков с ограничениями допуска, которые сейчас применяют по Закону N 44-ФЗ при закупках:

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
