По мнению ведомства, участник совместной закупки с неизвестным объемом среди СМП и СОНКО освобождается от обеспечения контракта (в т.ч. с учетом антидемпинговых мер), если предоставит сведения об исполнении 3 контрактов.
Речь идет о контрактах, которые участник исполнил без штрафов и пеней в течение 3 лет до даты подачи заявки (без учета правопреемства). При этом сумма цен таких сделок должна быть не меньше суммы МЗЦК всех контрактов совместной закупки. #ОИК
