Очередное дело – № А60-10009/2023, где СКЭС должна определить, относятся ли газовая турбина, паровая турбина, генератор, котел-утилизатор, трансформаторы, распределительные устройства, аппаратура связи, вентиляторы, контрольно-измерительные приборы и иное технологическое оборудование к объектам недвижимости и должна ли их стоимость включаться в налоговую базу для исчисления налога на имущество организаций.
