Луис Унтермейер (1885 - 1977) был... Да кем он только не был, но в США он больше всего известен как поэт. В 1961-1963 он даже был американским поэтом-лауреатом, только тогда это иначе называлось, консультант по поэзии Библиотеки Конгресса.

А иногда он писал детские и популярные книжки, как эту - Tales from the Ballet (1968), короткая история балета с пересказом 20 либретто. Ужасно симпатичная книжка - спасибо художникам, Элис и Мартину Провенсенам.

Кстати, тут всё больше будет разных театральных и околотеатральных книг, чтобы мой профессиональные и не очень интересы не слишком расползались.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
