С 19 по 21 ноября в Гостином дворе прошли Форум и Выставка «Транспорт России».
Темой этого года стал новый нацпроект «Эффективная транспортная система». Ему посвятили пленарную сессию с участием Председателя Правительства РФ Михаила Мишустина.
А всего в рамках деловой программы:
⭕состоялось более 30 сессий, конференций, дискуссий, круглых столов и презентаций; ⭕353 спикера выступили с докладами; ⭕более 4,5 тыс. участников посетили площадку; ⭕в том числе представители 21 иностранного государства; ⭕12 тыс. онлайн-просмотров; ⭕подписано 51 соглашение о сотрудничестве и взаимодействии; ⭕806 журналистов освещали работу форума.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
