Прошлой ночью произошел новый взрыв на атакованной ранее нефтебазе «Атлас» в Ростовской области.

Очевидцы сообщают, что зарево от полыхающего пожара видно за несколько десятков километров от эпицентра. До этого теплохранилище комбината Росрезерва, располагающееся в Каменском районе, впервые атаковали в начале августа, тогда одну цистерну смогли потушить. Сейчас же огонь полыхает и распространяется.

Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
