Каждый раз, поднимаясь на площадь Советов по улице, с горечью и болью в сердце вижу тот ужас, который творится у всех на глазах. Очередной раз понимаешь, что городом руководят люди, которые его не любят, которым плевать на будущее города, и потому что у них - очень низкий уровень культуры, и потому что их дети и внуки здесь жить не будут.

На фото - сегодняшний день. На баннерах - обманный проект, издевательское пожелание "Беста", уродующего город раз за разом, и стройка, загородившая весь театр.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
