Стройнадзор вынес предостережение "РЦУМЖФ" за нарушения при обслуживании "невыгодных" домов

По запросу ОСЫ служба проверила документы по некоторым домам. И указала устранить нарушения.
Ранее мы писали, что по закону ""РЦУМЖФ" не может управлять домами, пока эти данные не внесены в ГИС ЖКХ. А значит и выставлять счета жителям не имеют права".

Частично, как сообщили в Стройнадзоре, фирма исправилась: 100 домов из почти 300 внесены. По остальным домам ведётся работа, сообщили в мэрии.
