56-летний водитель «Лада Веста», сбив 12-летнюю девочку на бульваре Гусева, трусливо скрылся с места происшествия. Инцидент произошел 24 ноября около дома №12. Ребенка с травмами доставили в больницу, а виновник ДТП дал деру.
Справедливость восторжествовала: тверская полиция установила личность и задержала беглеца, оказалось, что он зарегистрирован в Торжке.
Теперь 56-летнему мужчине грозит не только моральное осуждение, но и административная ответственность по статьям 12.24 (нарушение ПДД, повлекшее причинение вреда здоровью) и 12.27 (часть 2, невыполнение обязанностей после ДТП) КоАП РФ.
