Проще говоря - файервол. Не такой гибкий как аналоги с привычным UI, зато надежный. Ибо тупо рубит по iptables. Включили ползунок - отрубили. Для управления этими самыми ползунками используется WebUI. Если версия вашего менеджера для управления Root-доступом в этот самый WebUI никак не умеет, то там же по ссылке найдете отдельный клиент.
Можно рулить через терминал, но тогда и модуль этот нафиг не упал.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
