По республике: облачно с прояснением, на большей части территории республики снег, ночью по Северобайкальскому району и Баргузинской долине сильный снегопад. Ветер северо-западный ночью 7-12, утром и днем в большинстве районов 13-18, местами 19-24 м/с, поземок, метели, заносы. Температура ночью -12 -17°, местами -4 -9°, местами по северо-востоку и центру -21 -26°, днем -1 -6°, местами по югу и юго-западу +2 +7°, по крайнему северу -9 -14°.
В Улан-Удэ: ночью преимущественно без осадков, днем небольшой снег. Ветер северо-западный 5-10, днем порывы до 15-18 м/с, поземок. Температура воздуха ночью -12 -14°, днем -1 -3°.

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
