Я понимаю тех, кто говорит сейчас, что Джуляни не причем и руководство ХТШ будет преследовать военных преступников. Эти люди либо заинтересованы в новой власти в Сирии, либо выдают желаемое за действительное. Но даже если представить, что это так. Получается, аш-Шараа вообще ничего не контролирует. Или всё-таки он возглавляет этот геноцид? При любом раскладе, покидать Хмеймим алавитам нельзя.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant.
