Вопрос сейчас лишь в одном, а что именно из себя представляют 33 ? 3 месяца и 3 недели/дня 33 дня или 3 года и 3 месяца ? С какой знаменательной даты считать? с 33 годовщины падения Союза? Начала СВО - в феврале как раз 3 года, а там ещё 3 месяца? Собственно в этом и проблемы с точным прогнозом...
