Судебный спор ГУП «БОС» Минстроя Чувашии и АО «ПМК-8» закончился миром – компания-подрядчик обязалась устранить недостатки, выявленные при эксплуатации очистных сооружений в Вурнарах.
Речь идет о коллекторе хозяйственно-бытовой канализации с очистными сооружениями хозяйственно-бытовых и производственных стоков производительностью 1800 куб.м/сут. в Вурнарах, построенном в рамках федерального проекта «Оздоровление Волги» (нацпроект «Экология»).
Требования ГУП «БОС» мотивированы ненадлежащим качеством выполненных работ в рамках госконтракта, заключенного с ПМК-8 в июле 2019 года. Услуги компании обошлись в 406,6 млн рублей.
Для понимания, что такое "недостатки". У них объект по бумагам был сдан в 2020 году и до нашего приезда в 2024-м тупо не работал. А теперь они, с барского плеча, до конца 2025 года, так и быть, устранят "недостатки".
