The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
