В Иркутске такой культуры нет и обыкновенные поездки на общественном транспорте устроены совсем по-другом.
Интересно порой погрузиться в жизнь другого города и просто понаблюдать. В таких мелочах кроется и много вопросов, и много ответов.

That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
