Да, у властной элиты Израиля проблема ограниченного понимания войны, ее возможностей, границ применения данного инструмента политики. Но уверен, что теория войны хорошо разработана израильскими военными теоретиками. Тогда зачем нужен вот такой материал?
Возможно к статье надо относиться как к элементу стратегической маскировки, так как не могу себе позволить мысль, что автор не знает предмет и тем более теорию.
