Вчера посетила винный салон Wine Bank – это компания, которая занимается импортом и дистирбуцией премиальных вин и имеет самое широкое предложение по Бургундии в России. Красиво жить не запретишь! Но и кроме Бургуднии, конечно, есть на что обратить внимание.
Мои фавориты:
• Champagne Lombard, Extra Brut Premier Cru Blanc de Noirs: Искристое, сухое, фруктово-минеральное, элегантное шампанское.
• Weingut Bus, Riesling Alte Reben Trocken: Сухой рислинг с выраженным минеральным характером и долгим послевкусием.
• Harry Hartman Summer Elgin Sauvignon Blanc: Свежий и яркий совиньон блан из ЮАР с нотами цитрусовых и трав.
• P. & L. Borgeot Bouzeron Les Tournelles (100% алиготе): Утонченное белое вино из алиготе, с тонкой минеральностью и нежной фруктовостью.
• Boyer–De Bar, Sauvignon Blanc "La Glaciere": Совиньон блан с выразительной кислотностью и яркими ароматами.
• Barth, Laurent Racines Metisses: Органическое вино из Эльзаса. Легкое, освежающее, с ароматами цитрусов и белых цветов.
Ну и совет от коллег, чтобы прикоснуться к прекрасному, надо пробовать: Domaine de la Cras, "Deprimeur"
