Сейчас работаю с текстом будущей книги для детей старшей начальной школы. Одна из сценок происходит в регистратуре поликлиники. Герою в ней выдают на руки бумажную (!) карту. И он с ней идет к врачам.
Я к этой сценке прицепилась, ибо мне кажется, что бумажные карты уже в далеком прошлом. И регистратур нет; ведь теперь в поликлиниках ресепшн. Да и бумажную карту никогда в руки детям не давали🤷🏻♀️ Словом, мне сценка видится не соответствующей современным реалиям.
Или я сужу только по московским обновленным поликлиникам? А в других городах все еще тётя-регистратура-бумажные карты?

There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
