Кузбасские СМИ начали разгонять историю, что дела у "Сибирской углепромышленной компании" идут плохо. Первое фото – о том, что с 27 сентября у компании якобы арестованы счета сразу в восьми банках.

Не лучше ситуация в арбитражном суде. Там компания проходит ответчиком сразу по множеству исков: на 124,5 млн руб. (истец – "Углетранс"), 18,5 млн руб. (истец – "Русбизнестехника"), 22,8 млн руб. (истец – АО "Знамя").

АО "Нитро Сибирь - Кузбасс" вовсе подало иск о признании СУПК несостоятельной организацией. В июне компания также подавала иск против СУПК еще на 68,2 млн руб. Кроме того, о намерении обратиться в суд с заявлением о банкротстве сообщали: ООО "Рудтех", ООО "Сибтрейд" и самозанятая Татьяна Паксеева.

Главный вывод, который делают журналисты: поставки угля на котельные в Осинниковском округе и Калтане под угрозой, а СУПК грозит смена собственников.
