Офицер, понимая, что на улице очень холодно, накинул куртку и вышел, чтобы прояснить ситуацию.
Оказалось, что мать годовалого ребенка была в сильном опьянении (предположительно алкогольном). Малыш был одет не по погоде, без шапки, едва дышал от холода и просил еды.
Росгвардеец накинул свою куртку на маленького мальчика, попросил женщину пройти в теплое помещение, вызвал скорую и полицию.
Мать с ребенком доставили в больницу и оказали необходимую помощь.
