Экс-чиновник, по версии следствия, причастен к организации целой плантации по выращиванию конопли. Первую «ферму» силовики нашли в квартире. А затем оказалось, что Крупский с предполагаемыми подельниками обустроил под «хобби» контейнеры.

Правда, конопля выращивалась совсем не для сельскохозяйственных целей, а для производства запрещенных веществ.
