Жители «хрущевок» в районе Москвы Люблино, как и многие их товарищи по несчастью, проживающие в других районах, столкнулись с негативной стороной программы реновации ветхого жилья. Их пытаются переселить в дома, изначально построенные вовсе не для расселения старых зданий и обладающие множеством недостатков.
За последние годы в столице – как правило, на ее окраинах – было построено немало коммерческих жилых комплексов, в которых почти никто не пожелал покупать квартиры. Причины этого – неудобное расположение зданий, а часто еще и невысокое качество жилья в нем.
Но застройщикам необходимо получить прибыль за свою работу, а для этого надо заселить основную часть квартир – и они находят выход из положения, продавая не пользующиеся спросом квартиры городу, чтобы затем их заполняли переселенцами по реновации.
