Ранее он возглавлял Жигулевск, город в котором и родился.

Проблемы Тольятти известны, и их не решить одним днем. Но нужно включаться без промедлений, энергично и решительно. Уверен, город должен возглавить не политик, а в первую очередь хозяйственник. Далее решение уже за депутатами города.
