Как и в прошлом посте, — перелом совсем не кажется сложным. И будь он свежим, собрать закрыто — не было бы проблемой. Но в нашем случае рубцовый процесс уже массивный. Вдобавок в процессе ВХО часть отломков были удалены. На момент остеосинтеза — мягкие ткани готовы к работе
✔️ Компрессия промежуточного отломка к основным методом стягивающего винта
📍Обращаю ваше внимание, малоберцовую кость синтезировать в таких случаях не нужно, она срастается быстрее большеберцовой и становится распоркой, которая не дает консолидироваться большеберцовой кости. А нам предстоит еще динамизация перелома большеберцовой кости.
