⚖️ Постановлением судьи Кировского районного суда г. Уфы от 16 января 2024 года Баранов В.П. привлечен к административной ответственности по части 1 статьи 20.1 Кодекса Российской Федерации об административных правонарушениях за мелкое хулиганство.
⚖️ Судьей установлено, что 14 января 2025 года Баранов В.П. находился на улице и в торговом центре «Ультра» в обнаженном виде, чем грубо нарушил общественный порядок и проявил явное неуважение к обществу.
⚖️ Вину в совершении административного правонарушения Баранов В.П. признал.
⚖️ Баранову В.П. назначено административное наказание в виде административного ареста на срок 5 суток.
