У "Хавала" есть завод под Тулой, который работает на пределе своих мощностей и всё равно не покрывает спрос в России. Словом, заход знаменитого китайца в наш технопарк "Росва" должен оказаться выгодным.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
