Коллега и дорогой друг, главный редактор итальянского адвокатского издания Il Dubbio Gennaro Grimolizzi любезно пригласил меня на презентацию своей книги «Адвокаты во время войны. Истории из Украины и России».

В основу книги легли интервью коллег из Украины и России об условиях, в которых приходится защищать доверителей и верховенство права после начала полномасштабной агрессии против Украины.

Выступил с коротким докладом о состоянии прав человека в России и напомнил присутствующим гостям о наших репрессированных режимом Путина коллегах.

Стараниями Дженнаро, итальянские коллеги на удивление хорошо осведомлены о том кошмарном положении, в котором приходится работать нашим адвокатам.

Буду продолжать информировать их и в дальнейшем.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
