Как написал Слюсарь, «наш ЦУР засучил рукава и проанализировал каждое (обращение). Зафиксировали две с половиной тысячи реальных проблем с понятными адресами: 21% дороги, 15% благоустройство, 14% ЖКХ, 10% общественный транспорт. Не ожидал, что в пятерку вопросов войдет вывоз мусора и обращения с отходами. Завтра первую планерку правительства посвящу всем этим проблемам».

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
