Я почти выжила этот день, Илья Алексеевич, второй день без дневного сна - если вчера он проснулся в 10 утра, то сегодня он встал в 7:30 и уже 12 часов не спит.
Сказать что я в шоке это ничего не сказать. Честно говоря последние 2 часа мне всё равно, чем он занимается: разбрасывает игрушки, ну ладно, кидает их с лестницы - тоже пожалуйста. День был тяжёлым, до вечера давление было 90/60, я думала что повешусь🥺
Вещи к бабушке собрали кое - как, всё что убиралось в сумку, быстро доставали с криками и орами. Сейчас отсчитываю заветные 30 минут и укладываю сына спать. А сама убираюсь по дому, готовлю ужин, начинаю работать и жду мужа с работы.
Кто сталкивался с такими проблемами по теме сна у детей? Напишите пожалуйста, как и что вы делали. Уже просто невозможно 😔

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
