🔻محققان دانشگاه موناش استرالیا در پژوهشی داده‌های ۸ هزار و ۷۵۶ بزرگسال استرالیایی و آمریکایی بالای ۷۰ سال را ۶ سال پیگیری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل کردند. میزان مصرف تخم‌مرغ شرکت‌کنندگان به‌‌صورت «هرگز یا به‌ندرت» (هرگز یا یک تا ۲ بار در ماه)، «هفتگی» (یک تا ۶ بار در هفته) و «روزانه» (چند تخم‌مرغ در روز) طبقه‌بندی شد. همچنین محققان عوامل مختلف مانند جمعیت‌شناختی، وضعیت سلامتی و کیفیت کلی رژیم غذایی افراد را در نظر گرفتند.
🔻شرکت‌کنندگانی که در گروه هفتگی قرار می‌گرفتند، یک تا ۶ تخم مرغ در هفته مصرف می‌کردند، در مقایسه با شرکت‌کنندگانی که هرگز یا به‌ندرت تخم مرغ مصرف می‌کردند، ۲۹ درصد کمتر در معرض خطر مرگ ناشی از بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی و ۱۷ درصد کمتر در معرض خطر مرگ به هر دلیلی قرار داشتند. البته ارتباط آماری معناداری بین مصرف تخم مرغ و مرگ ناشی از سرطان وجودنداشت.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number.
