Экс-начальник ГКУ Дмитрий Агеевпокинул управление тремя месяцами ранее, чтобы занять пост вице-мэра Челябинска. Главой города стал его старый сослуживец Алексей Лошкин, сдавший пост председателя КСП экс-министру финансов Андрею Пшеницыну.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
