За даними Нацполіції, у регіоні пошкоджено 60 цивільних об'єктів – 40 житлових будинків, адмінбудівлі, кафе, магазини, автостанція, автомобілі, ЛЕП.
▪️На Селидово ворог скинув авіабомбу «КАБ-500». Поранено шістьох жителів, з них двоє - діти. ▪️По селу Ясенове росіяни вдарили з ОТРК «Іскандер-М» - одну людину вбили та одну поранили. ▪Курахово ворог накрив із РСЗВ «Ураган» - двоє цивільних осіб загинули, двоє травмовані. Двоє людей травмовано у Дачному внаслідок обстрілу «Урагану». ▪️По Торецьку рашисти вдарили трьома авіабомбами «КАБ-250» та артилерією. Є загиблий, троє мешканців отримали поранення. ▪️У Сіверському артилерійський удар забрав життя цивільної людини. ▪️Ще троє поранених – у Північному, двоє – у Нью-Йорку, один – у Гірнику.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
