В 17:20 в полицию позвонил 33-летний гражданин России Виталий Шевченко и сообщил об обнаружении тела в квартире на улице Арама Хачатряна в Гюмри. Полицейские обнаружили в указанной квартире тело 23-летнего россиянина Алексея Ямпольского. По предварительным данным, возбуждено дело по признакам самоубийства.
По информации, и Шевченко, и Ямпольский служили на 102-й российской военной базе в Гюмри.

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
